Chris Moore

President

Chris joined the team in 2016 and has been updating and expanding the company since then. He was appointed as the president of the company in January 2023. He’s improving technology and efficiencies to be able to serve you better. He has also been keen on reducing overhead expenses. Chris believes heavily in customer service and ensures that we deliver your needs.

Lesli Deppen

Service Dispatcher/Admin

Lesli has been with Thermotech since 2003 when she graduated with her business management degree. She is the voice you’ll hear when calling us! Lesli is busy taking all the phone calls and dispatching our techs to each job, as well as providing excellent customer service to each caller. No job is too big or too small for her to ensure it’s taken care of in a timely and efficient matter. Customers always come first and you will see that in how she treats you.

Jason Haller

IT and Accounting

Jason came to Thermotech as a Service Technician and it didn’t take long for him to prove himself as a leader. Jason has a degree in IT, which has been very beneficial to us in implementing our new service software system, BuildOps. His main role is ordering parts and keeping our inventory up to date in order to provide customers with the best. Jason is a big asset to our team.

Chuck Miller

Service Manager

Chuck comes to Thermotech with 30+ years experience in the field and many of them were as a Service Manager. Chuck is always out and about helping techs, visiting customers, creating estimates, and staying late every day to make sure everyone is well taken care of. When you talk to Chuck, you know you are talking to one of the best.

Melissa Thomas

Purchaser

Melissa comes to Thermotech with an extensive knowledge in purchasing, dispatching, customer service, and payment collections. She enjoys Taekwondo with her teenage daughter, and many school activities. She has joined our team to take the reigns of purchasing. We look forward to learning from Melissa's experiences.

Mike Dunn

HVAC Advisor

With nearly 30 years in HVAC, I've held diverse roles from fabrication to homeowner advising. Family brings fulfillment—married with three children and two grandchildren. Outside work, I enjoy fishing, golfing, and cheering for the Denver Broncos. Vacationing in Delaware, North Carolina, and Florida adds variety.
