Where is Thermotech located?
We are directly across the street from BJ's Wholesale, next to the Capital City Mall in Camp Hill. The old Ditmer Shoes building at 3820 Hartzdale Dr. We moved out of Harrisburg City in April 2023.

Does Thermotech offer partnership programs?
Yes, we offer annual programs, and multi year price reduction programs.

Does Thermotech offer same day service requests?
In most cases, yes. Under extreme heat or cold is generally the only time service requests can reach to the next service day.

Do you offer 24/7 emergency service calls to residential and commercial customers?
Yes, to current customers. New calls are not available after hours. We also do not service ice machines, and warranty calls during after hour requests.

Do you offer free estimates for HVAC replacements?
Yes, a comfort specialist can visit your home to create options to find the most cost effective or best efficiency rated system that meets your needs absolutely free.

Do you work on commercial kitchen equipment?
Yes, both hot and cold side. Ice machines. convection ovens, fryers, steamers, steam tables, prep tables, walk in coolers and freezers, reach in coolers and freezers, ranges, etc.

What are your office hours?
Our Camp Hill office hours are Monday - Friday 7am - 4:30pm

Does Thermotech work on residential refrigerators, and window A/C units?
No we do not. The costs involved to have us work on them is not cost effective to the home owner.

Does Thermotech accept home warranty companies?
No, we will not service any home warranty calls.
